At ZarPlace, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something is not right, we are here to help.
What We Accept for Return or Exchange
We accept returns and exchanges in the following situations:
- You received a damaged or defective item
- You received the wrong product
- The item does not match the description on the website
What We Do Not Accept
- Items that have been washed, worn, or altered
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery
- Sale or discounted items (unless damaged or wrong item)
- Custom stitched items
How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Email us at support@zarplace.com within 7 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and a photo of the issue
- We will review your request within 24 to 48 hours
- If approved, we will arrange a pickup or ask you to send the item back
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash.
