Delivery Time
We deliver across all cities and towns in Pakistan. Standard delivery takes 3 to 7 working days depending on your location.
- Lahore and nearby cities: 2 to 3 working days
- Major cities (Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad): 3 to 5 working days
- Other cities and towns: 5 to 7 working days
Delivery times may be slightly longer during public holidays, sale periods, or extreme weather conditions.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location. We regularly run free shipping promotions—keep an eye on our homepage for current offers.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. Use this number on our order tracking page to follow your parcel in real time.
Packaging
All orders are packaged securely to protect your items during transit. Fabric orders are folded neatly and wrapped to prevent any damage.
Courier Partners
We work with trusted courier services across Pakistan to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Failed Delivery
If our courier is unable to deliver your order (wrong address, no one available to receive it), they will attempt delivery again. After two failed attempts, the order may be returned to us. Please make sure your address and phone number are correct when placing your order.
